Fortitude Global Learning does not sell or ship physical products. Everything we provide is delivered digitally or in person, as set out below.

 

Online courses

Once your enrolment is confirmed and your first payment is received, we will email your login details for our online learning platform. If you chose to wait out the 14-day cooling-off period, access starts on day 15. If you asked to start straight away, you will normally receive access within 2 working days.

 

Free eBooks and workbooks

When you complete the download form, your free resource is sent to the email address you provide, usually within a few minutes. If it has not arrived, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

 

Certificates

Certificates are issued by the awarding organisation, not by us. Once you have passed all assessments and your work has been quality assured, we claim your certificate. It is usually issued digitally or posted to you within 4–6 weeks, depending on the awarding organisation.

 

Practical sessions and workshops

Practical assessment days, workshops and consultancy visits take place at the venue confirmed in your booking or proposal. We will send the date, time and address in writing in advance.
