Fortitude Global Learning Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16401828). We provide fitness and education qualifications, training and consultancy. For this policy, we are the data controller for the personal information you give us.

What information we collect

We collect only what we need to provide our services:

Contact details – your name, email address and phone number when you fill in a form, book a call, download a free resource or contact us.
Enrolment details – date of birth, address, previous qualifications, and any learning support needs you tell us about, so we can enrol you and register you with the awarding organisation.
Payment details – payments are processed securely by Wix Payments. We do not see or store your full card details.
Learning records – your progress, assessment evidence, results and feedback while you study with us.
Website data – basic technical information such as your device, browser and pages visited, collected through cookies (see below).

How we use your information

To respond to enquiries and send the free resources you request.
To enrol you, deliver your course, assess your work and support you.
To register you with the awarding organisation and claim your certificate.
To take payments and manage payment plans.
To send occasional tips and course news, only if you have ticked the box to receive them.
To meet our legal, quality-assurance and regulatory obligations.

Our lawful bases

Under UK GDPR we rely on: contract (to deliver a course you have booked), legal obligation (record keeping and awarding organisation requirements), legitimate interests (running and improving our business, replying to enquiries) and consent (marketing emails). You can withdraw consent at any time.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We share it only where needed with:

the awarding organisation that certificates your qualification (for example, Transcend Awards) and its regulators;
tutors, assessors and quality assurers who work with us on your course;
service providers who host our website, forms, bookings, email and payments (such as Wix and Google), under their own data protection terms.

Some providers may store data outside the UK. Where they do, appropriate safeguards (such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses) are in place.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and free-resource sign-ups: up to 2 years from last contact, or until you unsubscribe.
Learner and assessment records: 3 years after you complete or leave your course, or longer if the awarding organisation requires it.
Financial records: 6 years, as required by HMRC.

Our website uses essential cookies to work properly, and analytics cookies to help us understand how it is used. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies through the cookie banner and change your choice at any time in your browser settings.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To use any of these rights, email info@fortitudegloballearning.com. We will reply within one month.
