Refund Policy

This policy explains your right to cancel and how refunds work when you buy a course or service from Fortitude Global Learning. Our full Refunds & Cancellation Policy (FGL-POL-01) is included in your enrolment pack.

 

Your 14-day cooling-off period

If you book a course online, by phone or by email, you have 14 days from the date we confirm your enrolment to change your mind and receive a full refund. This is your right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

When you enrol, you choose one of two options:

• Option A – wait: your access to the learning platform starts after the 14 days. If you cancel within that time, you get a full refund.

• Option B – start now: you ask us to give you access straight away. If you then cancel within 14 days, we will refund what you paid minus a fair charge for the part of the course you have already received and any awarding organisation registration fee already paid on your behalf.

 

Cancelling after 14 days

After the cooling-off period, course fees are not normally refundable. If something serious stops you studying, such as illness or a change in personal circumstances, contact us. We may be able to pause or defer your course rather than you losing it. Use our Withdrawal, Deferral or Pause Request form, or email us.

 

Payment plans

Our standard payment plan is three equal monthly instalments, with the first due before your access starts. If an instalment is missed, we will send a written reminder. If it is still unpaid 7 days later, your access will be paused until the account is brought up to date. Cancelling after the cooling-off period does not cancel the remaining instalments, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

 

Free resources and consultations

Our free eBooks, workbooks and discovery calls cost nothing, so no refund applies.

 

Consultancy and workshops

Consultancy projects and on-site workshops are covered by the terms in your individual proposal or agreement. For workshops, cancellations made more than 14 days before the date receive a full refund; within 14 days, 50% is refundable.

 

If we cancel

If we have to cancel or cannot deliver a course or session, we will offer you another date or a full refund for the part not delivered.

 

How to cancel or request a refund

Email info@fortitudegloballearning.com with your name, the course and the date you enrolled. We will confirm receipt and process any refund within 14 days, using the same payment method you used to pay.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
